  I saw Laura Llinas-lux for a couple of years. She is more concerned with getting best MD than taking care of her patients. Frequently couldn't find my lab work, and always blamed me. I called her with a sed rate of 54, she said we would address it next appt. Then next appt. did nothing because she was moving to Ithaca. She has a serious lack of empathy for her clients. She is moving to Ithaca, I live 20 minutes from there. I am seeing an MD in Lyon, through Rochester Hospital. I wish I could remember all the times she didn't care. I told her I had pain in the evening, she told me that wasn't RA. I've had RA for 17 years, I wouldn't not see her again.

  Dr.Lux is without a doubt an incredible,caring and very knowledgeable Dr.I recommend her to everyone.The staff is helpful,caring and very friendly.I've been a complicated case and she won't give up on you,ever!The office is decorated so nicely too & its relaxing.I've even had the chance to get treated by her husband who is a Dr in our local ER.He is the only Dr that knows what he is doing at that Er.I didn't even know it was her husband,lol.I love Dr Lux and would travel to the moon to see her!

  Dr Llinas lux has changed a Lot he way I m thinking sconces the moved her behaver is different she not careing but she nice. But She not the same as was over in the arnot. Building by the mall. Sorry I give you 2 stars
